Details
Freshwell Low-Carb project's FREE app was developed as a public service by a very respected group of low-carb clinicians out of the United Kingdom.
Respected clinicians Dr David Oliver and Dr Kim Andrews set up the initiative. Freshwell Low Carb is based on results they've achieved in their clinic, Freshwell Health Centre, Essex, UK. The project grew out of their concern about the recent rise in incidence of type 2 diabetes, alongside the widely reported rapid increase in obesity in the UK population. In response to this the team have produced the Freshwell Low-Carb Programme.
