Extremely respected foundation. Founded in 1994. Initially focused on ketogenic diet therapies (KDT) for people with epilepsy. Evidence base has since expanded to include many other conditions including mental health and other neurological and insulin resistance related conditions. Often much higher in saturated fats than most instances of therapeutic carbohydrate reduction (TCR)
